SLC Deck Builders is a locally owned deck company serving Salt Lake City and nearby communities. These terms cover your use of this website and requests you submit through it.

Estimates

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Prices, scope and schedules provided online or by phone are preliminary. They are confirmed only after an on-site assessment and a written estimate or contract.

Our quality guarantee

We stand behind our work. The specific terms of our workmanship guarantee, including what it covers and for how long, are set out in the written contract for your project. Manufacturer warranties on materials such as composite decking are provided by the manufacturer under their own terms. If anything conflicts with this page, your written contract controls.

Permits and codes

Many deck projects require a building permit. Permit requirements are confirmed for each project during planning and are addressed in your contract.
